Jamrock Jerk brings the cart to you. Our custom-engineered mobile units are the first street carts in New York City legally permitted for authentic live-fire jerk cooking, launched in 2018. The fire is real, the pimento smoke is real, and every plate is served straight off the grill at your event.

On-site service is built for events that want a meal AND a moment. Corporate activations, private parties, weddings, festivals, public events, and brand launches across NYC and the tri-state area. Single-cart events for intimate gatherings; multi-cart deployments for festivals and large activations.

Each on-site engagement includes setup, live cooking, a service window matched to your guest count, and breakdown. Logistics and on-site operational pricing accounts for travel, setup, and the actual service hours your event needs.

When the venue can't accommodate live fire on site, the menu still comes to you. Jamrock Jerk's catering delivery is prepared fresh at our privately operated commissary in Jamaica, Queens, then delivered in sealed carton boxes to your office, school, institutional venue, or event space.

Delivery service spans the full Jamrock menu — jerk chicken, jerk pork, oxtail, rice and peas, festival sides, plantains, and our house lemonades. Optional on-site concierge can ride along to help receive and stage the order.

Festival and public-event vending is where Jamrock Jerk's NYC Parks operation lives. With 14 active NYC Parks contracts since 2018 and a fleet of carts deployable across the city, we serve festivals, parks programming, public events, large-scale activations, and ticketed gatherings.

Event vending is structured for organizers who need a partner that can serve hundreds to thousands of plates without compromising on authenticity. Guaranteed-minimum-sales arrangements available for qualifying events; multi-cart deployments coordinated as one operation.

Organizers can request a guaranteed-minimum-sales proposal through the catering estimator. Each engagement is custom-priced based on attendance projections, structure of the event, and the cart configuration the vending plan requires.
